The bending die is made of high-quality steel through special heat treatment. It has the characteristics of high hardness, not easy to wear, and can withstand high pressure. Select the length of the mold, that is, how much pressure should be added per meter, and must not exceed the pressure marked on the mold.

So how to choose a bending die for automotive sheet metal fabrication?

Bending dies are divided into standard dies and special bending dies according to the bending process. When the thickness of the material is constant, the smaller the inner r, the more severe the tension and compression of the material; when the tensile stress of the outer fillet exceeds the ultimate strength of the material, cracks and fractures will occur.
