Sheet metal shearing is a deformation form in which the cross-section between the two forces is relatively dislocated when the lateral external forces of equal magnitude, opposite directions, and close lines of action act on both sides of the member.The size of iron plate raw materials used in sheet metal fabrication plants is mostly 2300mm X 1200mm or 2700mm X 1500mm. As far as digital punching is concerned, when the digital punch programmer makes a reasonable layout of the fabrication parts (expanded drawing) according to the mass production requirements, a board (including the reserved clamping size and edge material size of the CNC punch) will be obtained. In the second stage, the upper blade continues to press down, so that the depth of the cutting edge into the sheet material increases. At this time, the sheet material changes from elastic deformation to plastic deformation at the incision.
In the third stage, the upper blade is further pressed down. At this time, cracks begin to appear in the sheet near the cutting edges of the upper and lower blades. When the cracks extend toward each other and finally meet, the sheet breaks.
